- Opened or damaged packaging:
If you identify any damage in packaging, refuse immediately.
- No refund, EXCHANGE ONLY:
The deadline return of the product is up to seven (7) calendar days from the date you receive the product, provided they are in compliance with the rules contained in our policy return and exchange. Remember that to start the return process, please observe the following guidelines:
A) The product must be shipped in its original packaging, with all accessories (if any) and do not show signs of use;
B) Send a e-mail to email@example.com
C) The label and the seal must be affixed to the product;
D) Contain a copy of the electronic document containing the following information on the back:
* Order number.
* Full name of who made the purchase;
* Reference code, description and size of product purchased;
* And reason for return.
3. When we receive the product it will be reviewed and if found defective workmanship you will receive in your e-mail a coupon for the exact amount you paid less shipping. This credit can be used on a future purchase of any kind with 12 months.
5. The deadline for analysis and response is up to fifteen (15) working days from the receipt of the product in our distribution center. After analyzing the customer will be informed via e-mail.
